1. The Service

olive is a client-management platform for social media agencies — managing clients, content approvals, tasks, reports, and communication. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for providing accurate, current registration details.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not: (a) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to breach, overload, or disrupt the Service; (c) use the Service to send spam or contact clients without authorization; or (d) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.

4. Your Content & Client Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter about your clients ("Your Content"). You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the necessary rights and a lawful basis to process it, and that you comply with applicable privacy laws toward your own clients. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from Your Content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service — including its software, design, and trademarks — belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your Content remains yours.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and billing terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and are subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation is not immediate — your plan and access to paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions — to request a refund, contact us at support@getolive.io. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the Service, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the State of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
