Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start free, with no credit card. Upgrade only when you want more clients or advanced features.
How does seat (team member) pricing work?
Every plan includes a number of users: Pro one, Business two, and Agency three. Beyond that you add a seat per extra team member for $9/month — add or remove any time.
Do my clients need to install an app?
No. The client gets a simple link, opens it in the browser, and approves the content or leaves a note. No downloads, no sign‑up.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, with one click from settings. No commitment period and no cancellation fees.
Are the reports branded with my name?
Yes. On Pro and up, reports and the portal carry your logo and colors — full white‑label, without our brand.
How does payment work?
Payment is handled by Paddle, a secure payments provider. You get an automatic invoice for every charge.
Which languages are supported?
Olive works in English and Hebrew — switch any time. Hebrew includes full right‑to‑left (RTL) display, from the dashboard to the client's report.
