• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and agency details you provide at sign-up.
• Your clients' data: data you enter about your own clients (names, contact details, content, deals). You are the owner and controller of this data.
• Usage data: actions within the Service, IP address, browser and device type — used to operate and improve the Service.
• Cookies: for authentication, identification, and preferences — see Section 7.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the Service, manage your account, and enable secure sign-in.
• To send service-related notifications, reports, and communications.
• To improve and secure the Service and prevent misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing With Third Parties (Sub-processors)

We do not sell personal information. We rely on trusted service providers ("sub-processors") solely to operate the Service, including:

• Authentication — Clerk.
• Hosting & database — Vercel and Neon.
• File storage — Supabase.
• Payments — our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store your card details; payments are handled by Paddle.
• Integrations you choose to enable (e.g., Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Slack), subject to your authorization.

We may disclose information where required by law or a valid legal request.

4. Data Security

We apply reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information (encryption in transit, access controls, and permission separation). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

5. International Data Transfers

olive is a global service. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the EU GDPR and Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 1981), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We use essential cookies to operate the Service and remember your preferences. You can block cookies through your browser, but this may impair how the Service functions.

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed for legal and operational purposes. Deleting your account will delete the data associated with it, subject to any legal retention obligations.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
